My approach

My values and therapeutic approach are rooted in 20+ years of yoga practice. I draw heavily on the intersection of mind-body connections such as grounding, breathwork, movement, and noticing. I work from a somatic-based lens and incorporate different modalities which include inner child repair, attachment healing, parts work, mindfulness-based emotional processing, and a cognitive-behavioral approach. You are the expert in your own life, I am here to assist you in increasing awareness and trust in yourself.

Many people are experiencing anxiety, depression, addictive behaviors, substance use, relationship issues. I am honored to work with LGBTQIA+ folks, people who are exploring gender, sexuality, or identity issues. Whatever you’re experiencing, you don’t have to navigate it on your own.
